Basis of charges
  • Morning part-time sessions are 8.00am – 1.00pm.
  • Afternoon part-time sessions are 2.00pm – 6.00pm.
  • A non refundable registration fee is payable by all new children.
  • A deposit is payable by all new starters.
  • Fees are payable in advance either quarterly or on the first day of each term.
  • If payment of fees is not made on the due date interest of 10% is added.
  • There is no reduction in fees if a child as absent for any reason.
  • If a parent is more than 10 minutes late collecting a child at the end of a session an extra hour’s fee will be charged.
  • Fees are subject to an annual increase.
Hours of attendance
  • Part-time places are offered subject to availability.
  • Extra hours may be added with notice and depending on availability.
  • If a part-time child is absent on his/her usual day of attendance it is not possible to change to another day that week instead.
Notice period
  • Three complete month’s notice of removal for children aged 18 months to 2 ½ years, is due in writing to the manager.
  • One complete term’s notice of removal for children aged 2 ½ to 5 years, is due in writing to the manager.
  • Failure to give the required notice will result in one term’s/ quarter’s fees being charged in lieu of notice.
  • Deposit Payments - when we offer a place we will ask for a confirmation deposit to secure the place. The deposit is not refundable if a child does not take a place at the nursery. Deposit payments will only be refunded providing the correct notice has been given and that the child has attended for at least 3 terms (for children 2.5 to 5 years ) / 4 quarters (for children aged 18 months to 2.5 years ). Should the child attend for less than 3 terms / 4 quarters or not give the correct notice then the Deposit will not be refunded. 
Illness and medicines
  • Children who are ill should remain at home.
  • Children suffering from sickness and/or diarrhea should stay away for 24 hours after the symptoms cease.
  • Medicines, including inhalers, may be given to children if necessary. These should be handed in to a member of staff and the medicine book should be signed.
Complaints procedure
If a parent has a complain, he/she can expect it to be treated by the School in accordance with the Complaints Procedure, a copy of which is available from the School office, upon request.

Parents can be assured that all complaints and concerns will be treated seriously and confidentially.
